[AUG-21-17 Jim Baer] The letterhead was delivered. Of the 1000 letterhead and envelopes, 500 of each will go to KPetersen and 500 will stay in our dept. in case we need it. If not needed send to KPetersen when she needs more.

[AUG-16-17 Jim Baer] The envelopes were delivered. They are in a box by Katie's desk.

[AUG-15-17 Jim Baer] KPetersen approved letterhead on 8/10. Sent files to Alta 8/10 to print 1000. Signed off on proofs on 8/11. Delivery expected 8/21.

[AUG-07-17 Jim Baer] The "approved" letterhead I provided to Kathy Petersen for feedback on how the Letterhead and Word Template worked together was incorrect. I made the changes she/TM requested and provided her with a new template and letterhead to "test drive". If all goes well she will provide a quantity of Go Greater Letterhead to order.

[JUL-07-17 Jim Baer] On Friday, 6/30, provided DHouder with comps of letterhead print file and Word templates.

[JUN-15-17 Jim Baer] Created 3 designs originally last week. DHouder shared with TM and got his feedback. I made changes TM suggested and provided 3 more comps to LAnderson to review with TM to get his preferenc on formatting.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
