[JAN-02-18 Jim Baer] Delivered printed material today

[DEC-19-17 Jim Baer] ordered 1000 from Alta today.

[DEC-12-17 Jim Baer] I sent designs for review on 12/7. Revised original designs and sent for approval on 12/8. Finalized design on 12/8 and sent price quote from Alta on 12/8.

[AUG-22-17 Mary Goodwin] These will be used during the Oct. board weekend.

[AUG-22-17 Mary Goodwin] Sarah liked the back of the card, but felt having a treatment there wasn’t necessarily needed. More so, she thinks it’s important to have something on the front so anyone receiving it would know right way it was from UF. Would you be able to provide a card with the minimal design on the front side, nothing on the back? That would give us two options – a minimal design with two back choices (blank, and the original treatment).

The size is around a 5x7 and we wouldn’t need an envelope. I believe Jim created the card we are currently using, so he may have the exact size.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
