Project Description
Graphic poster needed for MFOS and Business event in Tampa on October 5. poster will provide some details on MFOS & COB and how Tampa fits with the upcoming campaign. Event is on 10/5 but they need it for another event on 9/20. It’s an MFOS and College of Business Event that will give some details on MFOS and how it fits in with COB and how Tampa fits in with upcoming campaign. The event is October 5th, but we need to display it at an event on September 20th so it will need to be in my hands prior to that so I can have it sent to the donor in Tampa. So details Thursday October 5, 6pm – 8pm Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse 4322 West Boy Scout Blvd Tampa, FL Speakers: Dr. Bernie Machen and a TBD speaker from College of Business Host Committee: Names TBD (will be about 20 names) If they could create an initial design putting in dummy text for the TBD and send me the InDesign file I’m happy to put the final touches on it to send it to print.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
