[OCT-10-18 Anonymous] Yancy: We do want to extend this solicitation, and would need to know when it is scheduled to go out, in order to synch up the FB post we plan to do at the same time. Once this goes out, what is your recommendation for scheduling of follow up reminders? I will add the updated artwork - it includes a stamped "extended ..." on it. The text to go in the email body is below (the email for Anna's email address should be hyperlinked): The Snider-Irving Legacy Challenge has been extended through the end of the year. Join Jo Snider and Jodi Irving in helping us reach our goal of 15 documented planned gifts. We are so close! A planned gift includes leaving the College of Nursing as a beneficiary of a will, trust, life insurance or estate. You could choose a set dollar amount or percentage. This is philanthropy that anyone can take part in. You don't have to have a million dollars in your bank account to make a difference...although we won't turn away a million dollars!! ;) Contact to learn more. [OCT-09-18 Anonymous] Yancy: I've received word that we DO want to extend this solicitation, and would like to time a FB post to sych up with when it goes out. I hope to learn more details at a meeting this afternoon, but wanted to go ahead and give a head's up that it is coming. [SEP-20-18 Anonymous] This campaign is scheduled to end 9/30/2018, and we would like it to be resent ASAP. We MAY also extend to end of year and send an additional eblast at a later date (it hasn't yet been decided whether to extend).

Resend Job ID 19074641 (went out on 8/8/2018 at noon), ASAP.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quick Base often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quick Base finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quick Base needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
