Add new text content, additional photo(s) or video(s)CompleteJason PhenicieI need the following fund descriptions listed below updated to the foundations giving pages. Some CHE funds have descriptions, some don't (link showing CHE funds as an example - again some do some don't: https://www.uff.ufl.edu/?s=chemical&is_v=1) . If you could work with the appropriate person to have these descriptions added that would be great. Let me know if you have any questions, thanks! 1. Chemical Engineering Fund (007601) - "Supporting this fund gives the department flexibility in advancing important initiatives, such as faculty recruiting, research and professional development seminars, promotion of faculty and student achievements, etc." https://www.uff.ufl.edu/giving-opportunities/007601-chemical-engineering-fund/ 2. Chemical Engineering Faculty Recruitment and Retention Fund (011793) - "This fund enables the department to recruit and retain the best talent to educate students in our programs and perform research that impacts society." https://www.uff.ufl.edu/giving-opportunities/011793-chemical-engineering-faculty-recruitment-andor-retention/ 3. Chemical Engineering Undergraduate Laboratory Fund (002891) - "This fund supports the operation, maintenance, and renovation of the undergraduate teaching laboratories in the Department of Chemical Engineering at UF". https://www.uff.ufl.edu/giving-opportunities/002891-chemical-engineering-undergraduate-laboratory-fund/ 4. Chemical Engineering Graduate Fellowship Fund (004551) - "This fund enables recruitment and retention of the best and brightest in the Chemical Engineering graduate programs by providing support for their studies." https://www.uff.ufl.edu/giving-opportunities/004551-chemical-engineering-graduate-fellowship-fund/ That was written by a department chair so if you need clarification on anything, just let me know and I will reach out to him.🔎 ✏️

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
