Project Description
CENTRAL STEWARDSHIP PLAN: • Confirmation Page/Tax Receipts o Provide updated messaging for confirmation page on the online giving platform for the Giving Tuesday campaign o Update email tax receipt for the online giving platform for the Giving Tuesday campaign o Language will be standard as long as the campaign is active • ThankView email with video o For Aid-A-Gator donors from March to May 4th:  ThankView with video from a student, Kaylin Bailey, who has received Aid-A-Gator support o For May 5th Giving Tuesday donors and Aid-A-Gator donors May 5th and after:  ThankView with generalized video addressing support to all three funds  Work with Communications to develop video sharing appreciation for support during these uncertain times • Email Acknowledgement sent by Annual Giving o Donor Relations will work with Annual Giving to update the language on their current Acknowledgement. Giving Tuesday email header will be used for this acknowledgement o Updated language will be used for anyone who makes a to one of the three funds on Giving Tuesday EXCLUSIONS: • Per Joan Andrek, all donors to College of Medicine and UF Health, regardless of their giving area on Giving Tuesday, will be excluded from the central stewardship touches (includes grateful patients) o COM and UF Health donors would still receive the email tax receipt • Claire will work with DIS to provide COM and UF Health their donors the day after and COM/UF Health will steward this group in a timely manner

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
