Project Description
As you know, Day of Gratitude has been canceled. We are planning to pivot back to a virtual/hybrid Grateful Gator Day in November. Rob would like to copy over any relevant files from the Day of Gratitude project. Once he does that, we can cancel that one out so that the history is maintained in case we proceed with a day of gratitude in the future. The revised deliverables list is located in Box. Short URL for materials: UFF.to/GGD Per Jason we can use any combo of upper and lowercase View list of project needs in folder. Art Needs: - Note card (use one developed for Day of Gratitude, if Luke approves) - Sticker pack (update packaging to remove Day of Gratitude) - Banner (promote stickers) - PNG screens for colleges (update) - Social images (TBD - check with Jason about pulling in Tina) - Email headers (3 headers: student invite/reminder, participant thank you, donor thank you) - *Due to Tonya by 10/18* - Submission site header (remove images with T-shirt) - Card or coaster to promote at BEAT giveaway (update) Digital components: - Update submission site (new header needed) - 4 Emails (3 header designs): 1 student invite - due 10/18 (send 11/1) 1 student reminder - due 10/21 (send 11/4) 1 thank you to participants - due 10/25 (send 11/8) 1 general thank you to UF donors - due 11/2 (send 11/16)

Update content (text, photo, etc.)11-24-2021CompleteMonica VosillaBelow is the content for this year's Grateful Gator Day. We would like the website to be finalized by Friday, October 22. Need to update the header and content on main page, confirmation and sharing links. The content includes the addition of requesting their mailing address on the form (we will not be offering a pick-up opportunity this year) and a different incentive for participation. 🔎 ✏️

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
