Project Description
We are coming up with an new criteria regarding training and Cavelle and I need to speak/meet with you regarding a header for the training. Similar to Cvent. Do you have some time to speak with us this week? If not, maybe it is possible to just send you (or one of your staff) the information and you can gleem a header from the site (attaching the site Link below). I know you are extremely busy so I am trying to figure out how to make the best use of your time. Please let me know what you think. Thanks r2 https://vle.securingthehuman.org/auth/login.php We are pleased to announce that we are partnering with our technology team and SANS Institute to deliver short targeted trainings (5min or less) on information security and cyber security. This important initiative is designed to strengthen our stewardship of donor information and protect individual employees at home and at work. We liked the Tag line – Guarding Your Gator Family – at home and work. If that is too long maybe just Guarding Your Gator Family that is up to you. We don’t have a go live date as of yet, the committee is being put together now.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
