Project Description
Heather Ashley would like our help creating graphic artwork/branding for a suite of AI Webinars she is planning to kick off in the fall. Title: We’re open to something creative here for the title – something that incorporates AI and UF. Feel free to get creative on a brand that would be applicable to all alumni/friends interested in AI Date: There will be various dates on the webinar series – not finalized yet Branding: Something that reflects AI and UF. -Virtual webinars will be similar to the Re:Sources Webinars they host -Email header needed -Registration page header The audience for the first one will be intimate, only national board and the UFAA Board will be invited. The webinars later in the fall, in march and may will be all calls. We are looking for social media graphics, website header and email headers in the immediate. If we can get a PPT presentation to utilize during the webinar series that would be great but not an absolute necessity. The information I have on those items is below: • Landing page header (specs 1440 pixels x 425 pixels) • Landing page icons (specs 500 x 500) – Events, Information, Contact • One email header (600 px wide) • Social media graphic(s) - FB (700x700) - Twitter (440x220) - Instagram (1080x1080) - LinkedIn (800x800)

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
