no Completed 02-10-2021 Heavener-Fixel Naming Mockup Aaron is photographing Monday, 2/8 Sign text: "Bob Tebow Imaging, Neurotechnology and Research Center" Tom is preparing a concept paper / proposal to send to Bill Heavener. The concept will offer an overview of the Fixel Institute’s renovation of, and expansion into, the former CH2M Hill building directly across the parking lot from the newly-opened Fixel Bldg. Bill would like some visuals regarding the Imaging Center for Dr. Okun. We don’t have a ton. We have some of the newly-renovated Butson lab space provided by Brad Pollitt. The Lobby View and Media Room View – represent architect-generated renderings of the proposed space. The remaining two unlabeled JPGs are current views of the space. These photos are of the clinical and office space area that will house Dr. Butson’s and his team’s offices. Tom would like some architect-generated visuals of the outside of the building and the internal shots of the imaging area. There are no renderings of the renovated exterior. Tom is hoping that you could get some photos of the building’s east side and photoshop what will be the building’s primary entrance (it’s moving from the west side to the east side, the side facing the Fixel). Please shoot some building mugs of both main entrance and something at a distance, maybe even from the road that we can use to mow up a sign in front of. It’s the building to the right if you’re facing the Fixel building. The big one in these two images. https://ufodaa.app.box.com/folder/131013218708 4 Photo Requests   Communications, UF Advancement

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
