Apologies, I forgot to list my name on the previous comment. It's Travis Shepard!

Afternoon Martha! Grace forwarded me your feedback as we've been tag-teaming the Cvent together.

We're not sure if we understand the functionality comment or the references to the registration types/fees. All of our registration fees are listed correctly and at the levels they have been in the past.

I did delete one of the registration pages so that guests wouldn't have to select a "free" admission item, creating a flow similar to the older Cvent registrations.

As for the football tickets, the session description does not allow for us to edit in HTML so I don't believe we can add actual hyperlinks or format the text like I'm used to. Unless there is a way I'm not aware of?

I did remove the word "free" though! I didn't realize we could do that in this new design format since it used to only be via admin.

As for the CE course, it isn't relevant to this Cvent. Registration for that will be handled via a different website and is managed by a different office than ours. :)

If it'd be easier to address, feel free to call me to discuss (850-464-0399).  I'm available until 5P today, from 10A - 3P tomorrow, and 1:30 - 5P on Friday.

Hi Grace,
The functionality of your Cvent form is incorrect.  The registration fee should be $60 or $20 depending on the registration type.  Same with the tailgate. there should be an option for the youth $15 and free tickets options.
the football ticket link is not very visible.  I don't think you should list it as free. I think it would be better to eliminate that wording next to the select button.

I don't see an option for the CE course.

Thanks,
Martha

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
