[DEC-20-19  2:44 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: All materials have been submitted.  Please let us know if anything further is needed.  Thanks.

[JAN-07-20  1:44 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: There are now 3 total data files that the e-blast is to be sent to, in addition to normal seed list.

[JAN-09-20  9:10 AM  Anonymous] Yancy (on behalf of Anna Hoffman):  Thanks! Here are my changes:

Hyperlink the Dean’s photo to her profile: https://nursing.ufl.edu/profile/mcdaniel-anna/

There are a couple line breaks under Admin and Operations that I’m not sure are supposed to be there. First line in first bullet and second line in second bullet. Also a line break on the first line in the first bullet under Education section.

Can we hyperlink “Florida Blue Center for Health Care Quality” in that second bullet too? http://floridablue.center.ufl.edu/

Under Research and Practice, the hyperlink is wrong for “falls prevention.” It should be https://nursing.ufl.edu/2019/05/08/uf-nursing-researchers-awarded-2-57-million-grant-to-focus-on-preventing-falls-among-older-patients/

Can we hyperlink “collaborated on a project” under the AFHC/Dentistry grant bullet under Research and Practice. Link should be: https://nursing.ufl.edu/2018/12/17/florida-blue-foundation-grant-fuels-uf-nursing-dental-colleges-project-to-help-underserved-patients/

Under Looking Ahead, lowercase “the” before “Year of the Nurse”

[JAN-13-20  9:38 AM  Anonymous] Yancy (on behalf of Anna Hoffman): This is good except one more hyperlink is messed up.

“Falls prevention, palliative care clinical decision support” is just one hyperlink. Needs to be:

“Falls prevention” hyperlinked to https://nursing.ufl.edu/2019/05/08/uf-nursing-researchers-awarded-2-57-million-grant-to-focus-on-preventing-falls-among-older-patients/

and “palliative care clinical decision support” hyperlinked to https://nursing.ufl.edu/2019/11/14/college-of-nursing-receives-1-68-million-grant-to-study-clinical-decision-support/

[JAN-14-20  4:05 PM  Tonya Gibbs] Please see comments from Anna Hoffman below:

I think we might be over our edits, but I just realized the second bullet under Education says “last year,” which technically is not correct. Could “last year” just be deleted?
Otherwise, it looks good!

Is it possible to delete those 2 words without getting into another revision or starting request over?

Thanks.

Yancy

[JAN-15-20  8:20 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Removed "last year" from end of first paragraph and Education list, and Research list.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
