[MAR-20-20 12:06 PM  Anonymous] Please update send date to 4/29/2020 at 10am, and forward the new production important dates.  Thank you.

[APR-08-20  9:40 AM  Jason Phenicie] New file added

[APR-08-20 12:27 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Checking back in for the new production dates, for the requested send date of 4/29/2020 at 10am.  Thanks.

[APR-14-20 11:37 AM  Tonya Gibbs] The dates have been adjusted, however, they are contingent on all materials and approvals being received by the deadlines.

[APR-15-20  7:38 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: I've added the file from communications.  It includes everything except the links. We are expecting the links at any time, and will submit them as soon as we get them.

[APR-15-20  7:38 AM  Jason Phenicie] New file added

[APR-21-20  8:07 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Do you have links yet? I still have to get this email through approvals?

[APR-21-20  8:12 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: I've contacted communications to find out and will update you as soon as I have a response. Thank you.

[APR-21-20  2:25 PM  Anonymous] Yancy (on behalf of CON communications): Links may be located here: https://con-main-a2.sites.medinfo.ufl.edu/?wysija-page=1&controller=email&action=view&email_id=449&wysijap=subscriptions

This has been updated with links – but please note they are still being populated at the moment. Content is not fully available on the pages except for the Dean’s message. If they want to see what’s going to be uploaded I can always provide a PDF. I don’t know what level of content they’re wanting to see.

[MAY-20-20 11:50 AM  Anonymous] Is it possible for this to go out tomorrow morning (5/21)?

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
