[OCT-04-20  4:05 PM  Anonymous] 10/4/2020 - Yancy: May we please update the delivery date goal to 11/16/2020?  Thank you.

[OCT-14-20  8:01 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: May we please update the delivery date goal to 11/16/2020, and get updated "important dates"?  If possible, I would like to report on the new "important dates" at our team meeting at 10am today. Thank you.

[OCT-19-20  2:46 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Even though back on 10/4 we pushed the delivery date back a week, the "important dates" have not changed. May we please get these updated, for planning purposes in the College's communications department? Thank you.

[OCT-28-20 11:08 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Yancy the send date on this mailing is 11/16.  The materials submission date is 11/2.

[NOV-13-20 11:54 AM  Tonya Gibbs] As requested in Litmus the Send date has been moved to 11/19/2020.

[NOV-16-20  3:40 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Revisions are in Litmus.

[NOV-16-20  3:41 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Revisions are in Litmus.

[NOV-16-20  4:11 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Now it is letting me type here, but doesn't offer an "approved" button.

[NOV-16-20  4:19 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Also - do we get a final proof after the Litmus revisions? Or, is that what Rachel approved?

[NOV-16-20  4:32 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Also, just got word that there is another Excel data that we would like this sent to. They are sending it to me in the morning, and I will upload as soon as I receive it. This is in addition to the data I already submitted for this project.

[NOV-16-20  4:42 PM  Tonya Gibbs] Hi Yancy, I see that you have noted corrections in Litmus today for The Gator Nurse News. However I don't see any new comments in Litmus only the ones from Anna which have been resolved.  Rachel has approved the work order.  Is there anything else you need?  If not, then you can approve the work order here. Thanks, Tonya

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
