[OCT-03-18  8:33 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: adding file attachment of artwork/content ... these are from what was originally a postcard ... are you able to "connect" page 2 to the bottom of page 1, to make 1 cohesive piece?

[OCT-03-18 10:43 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: We would like to include the following as a hyperlink for the reader to RSVP ... https://alumni.nursing.ufl.edu/events/orlando-gator-nurse-gathering/

[OCT-04-18 11:08 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: May we ... omit "The opportunity to visit with faculty"  and maybe update color of the font in this part/box to make them pop more?? ... make the size of the fonts used in the bottom section (date and down) much larger and easier to read ... i know they can click anywhere to go to the RSVP web page, but the reader won't know - may we add a button near the bottom that says "CLICK HERE TO RSVP" ?  Thanks!

[OCT-04-18 11:52 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Hi Yancy,   we saw that you have requested changes to this job. We received the art for this request from your college.  Any changes to the graphic will need to be made by your staff, and resubmitted. When we tested the document, the font is extremely small and none of it can be read on mobile devices.  If you have to make changes I suggest they increase the font size for mobile audiences. The graphic needs to be legible at  600px & 300px.

[OCT-04-18 12:58 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Thanks, Tonya.  I've asked our communications person for an update (it is in InDesign, which I don't have) and will resend once I get it back.  Will still need that button for "CLICK HERE TO RSVP." Thanks!

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
