[OCT-01-20 12:08 PM  Alexis Curtis] I noticed in the mock up you indicated the event date is Oct. 21, but the zoom link shows Oct. 28. Can you verify the event date? - Thanks Alexis

[OCT-01-20 12:10 PM  Anonymous] Oct 21 - thank you for the heads up!  I will edit the zoom link :)

[OCT-01-20 12:11 PM  Anonymous] I lied -- it is the 28.  We have another webinar scheduled for Oct 21. The copy should say 28 at 12:30 pm

[OCT-05-20  1:54 PM  Anonymous] Can you bring the explanation section of the webinar up to the top along with the other introductory information.  I would like it to have the webinar name and sponsors and then flow right into the explanation.  Then headshot, name, bio.  And if the time on the date/time section both in the orange bar and in the body of the email could say 12:30 - 1:00 pm.  I also might want to experiment with removing the name of the webinar in the orange bar header because I think it's too long and we also state it in the opening line of the text.
Thanks!

[OCT-05-20  4:00 PM  Anonymous] Since we removed the title, if we could make the orange bar smaller to account for the reduced text.

For the body of the email, if we could make everything left justified and have the first two sentences be one paragraph with the title being the only thing bolded, starting at Re:Sources Webinar:  How Your....

The time at the bottom should read 12:30 - 1:00 pm too.

[OCT-06-20 11:37 AM  Tonya Gibbs] I can't make the orange bar any smaller than this.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
