[OCT-28-20 11:35 AM  Anonymous] I think Mariah forgot to upload the items as she entered everything through December.  I just scoured our files and found what was created.  Hope this helps!

[OCT-28-20 11:40 AM  Tonya Gibbs] These are the files in the next work order.  Is this a duplicate?

[NOV-02-20  8:42 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Hi Heather,  did you decide if this was a duplicate email request?  If so, can I cancel the ticket.  ~ Thanks Tonya

[NOV-02-20  8:58 AM  Anonymous] I can't see what you're seeing but I'm assuming it's not a duplicate ticket.  There was nothing uploaded in the one that shows up on my dashboard so I uploaded the information below.  There are two photos of Braja Smith because I couldn't figure out how to delete it.

[NOV-02-20 10:05 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Heather,  this work order has the same content, it has already been approved.  2101125-ALUM-EVT-201109 — Re:Sources Webinars - November 2020

[NOV-17-20  4:16 PM  Anonymous] I'm confused on what the other email
is because I think they already sent out an email on this.  There was a duplicate email and you mentioned that it was already approved with the same content?

[NOV-19-20 12:11 PM  Anonymous] We had to reschedule this to 12/9 at 12:30pm.  I'm not sure if the confusion was ever figured out as it seems like there were duplicate emails to this same event?  One was approved and one wasn't.
Can we update with the new information and send it to the data set we have for this?

[NOV-24-20  7:46 AM  Tonya Gibbs] I need to ask Jason about scheduling, but I believe we can.  I will find out for you.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
