[SEP-21-20  9:30 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Do you have the zoom meeting links, and the yearbook image or the crossword puzzle info?

[SEP-21-20  2:24 PM  Anonymous] Zoom meeting links should be correct and embedded with the images on the document but just to be sure.  I have other events that I wanted to highlight but wanted your opinion on if we can feature two more that are happening in October?

The yearbook hasn't been approved yet from UF IT so nothing there.

[SEP-29-20  9:53 AM  Anonymous] I uploaded the latest version of the newsletter with Nicole's edits.  We also talked about adding additional events for the month so we have 2 rows of 2 events.
Thanks!

[SEP-29-20  1:15 PM  Anonymous] If we can add a space in Oct 21 on the body of the email (third paragraph).

The title event description for Oct 13 should be:

Neuroscience & Aging Gracefully
Join Dr. Rachael Seidler from the College of Health & Human Performance as she discusses the latest research on brain changes with age and how they impact movement, as well as promising interventions.
Don't forget your bathroom scale (no, she will not ask you your weight!) and a ruler!

Oct 16 event - change "they" to "he"

[OCT-01-20  2:31 PM  Anonymous] Can we get an appeal code created to utilize in the "Give" section of the bottom of the newsletter.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
