[SEP-25-20  9:13 AM  Anonymous] Event time: 11:00-11:45am | Simple RSVP link requested to Chris Barnett so should be coming very soon

-Edit event date in header to October 8
-Add matching orange bar or "at" between event date and time in header graphic
-Edit Ana's title to: Miami-Dade County Program Extension Agent for Florida Sea Grant, University of Florida/IFAS Extension
-Edit lower event date (after Ana's bio) to: Thursday, October 8, 2020

RSVP link (on UFAA site) is coming soon. I requested from Shirley in order to expedite since it looks like Chris Barnett might be out of the office

[SEP-28-20 11:01 AM  Anonymous] RSVP link: https://www.ufalumni.ufl.edu/rsvp/view/?id=1440

[SEP-28-20  4:53 PM  Anonymous] Hi Tonya or whoever is making the edits - thank you! There were just (2) edits that were listed in the last revision that were left out but that's no problem.  When those are fixed we will be approved to send.
(2) edits are:

-Add an "at" or matching orange bar after October 8 in the header graphic /blue background photo, so should read "Zoom Event | October  8  |  11:00 - 11:45am" (Needs | or "at" after October 8)

-Edit "Saturday, October 8, 2020 after bio to "Thursday, October 8" (Needs to be Thursday instead of Saturday)

That's it and then we are ready to go/approve! Thank you, this looks great

[SEP-28-20  4:53 PM  Tonya Gibbs] Noticed I forgot to change Saturday to Thursday.  Please take a look at this proof link

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
