[OCT-05-20  3:06 PM  Anonymous] Event Date changed to Wednesday, October 28 at 12:00 noon

[OCT-08-20 10:40 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Hi Alexa, are you still planning to mail this on Monday?  If so, we still do not have enough information to complete the email request.  Thanks, Tonya

[OCT-08-20  1:52 PM  Anonymous] Hi Tonya, Thank you for checking in. Is it possible to shift this e-mail to mail to send next Thursday, Oct. 15?  Almost all details are finalized and I should have everything to you by tonight or tomorrow at the latest.  I just need to iron out the RSVP portal - if our Chamber partner is handling - since I would prefer to handle internally.  Thanks, again!  I just hosted a event this morning so it's been very busy, my apologies for the delay but I will submit
everything else tonight

[OCT-15-20  3:15 PM  Anonymous] (3) Revisions Please, listed below:
-Add CLAS Logo, file attached, wherever it's appropriate near the top of the invitation, perhaps beside the UF Coral Gables logo.  If we need to replace or remove the UF Coral Gables logo to accommodate, that is fine with me
-Add "at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences" after "Brought to you by University of Florida's Bureau of Economic and Business Research" in the blue top graphic area
-Add "Presented at the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Trustee Luncheon" after the title "Florida & Our Recovery: Tracking the Reality of Consumer Confidence" The "presented at..." addition  could be smaller font if needed

I know that's a lot of new words but this came after CLAS's review and they are our key college partner on this, in addition to our partnership with the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. It takes a village..!

[OCT-15-20  3:18 PM  Jason Phenicie] New file added

[OCT-19-20  8:32 AM  Anonymous] Just one edit/question:  there is a new thin white bar/line below the blue header image and above the "Florida & Our Recovery..." .  That is new and I wondered if it could be removed to continue the solid blue header .  No problem if it was necessary for the recent edits.  Thank you!

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
