[JAN-06-21  3:58 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Please use same body/artwork/data as approved for original email in this project set to go out on 1/11/2021: (2101261-NUR-PHIL-210113) Gift Planning Webinar. This project is the reminder for that one. Everything is the same except adding "reminder" to the subject line.

[JAN-06-21  4:04 PM  Anonymous] Update - the send date for the original Gift Planning Webinar eblast is 1/13/2021, not 1/1/2021, as I had noted in the last entry. Sorry for the confusion.

[JAN-06-21  4:21 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Please update preview line to: "Join us for a webinar on building a meaningful legacy at UF College of Nursing."

[JAN-07-21  7:57 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: Update on subject line, we would like it to change to the following for this reminder eblast: "Register today to learn how you can make a difference at the UF College of Nursing"

Also, the data I will update for this reminder will now be different than the original email, as it will be going to only a certain age range.

[JAN-07-21  8:01 AM  Anonymous] Yancy: Change in subject for this reminder to: "Register today to learn how you can make a difference at the UF College of Nursing"

[JAN-08-21 12:56 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Adding data here also (same as added for original eblast scheduled for 1/13/21). Like the original eblast, we would like this reminder to go to the standard seed list. Thank you.

[JAN-15-21 12:05 PM  Anonymous] Yancy: Our only revisions have been submitted in Litmus by Anna Hoffman. Thank you. Also, her sharing it back with me seemed to work.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
