Subject: RE: 2101285-ALUM-EVT-210222 - Updated Timeline for Re:Sources Webinar - Feb 2021

I know things are a bit crazy with Giving Day and we don’t want to rush the communications, so we’re just going to move the event until later in March.  If you can set the send date as March 11, 2021 – the event will be moved to March 18.

I tried to go in the webpage but it didn’t allow me to update the timeline.  Let me know if there’s anything else I can/need to do!

[FEB-22-21  8:36 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Email dates have been adjusted, and the event has been added to the UFFComms Calendar.  I will make the event Date changes to the email proof.

[FEB-22-21  8:49 AM  Tonya Gibbs] CHRIS:  Subject line was changed to reflect the new event date -  Re:Sources Webinar - March 2021

[MAR-02-21  9:03 AM  Anonymous] I didn't have a revisions button on the litmus proof but I did put a comment in there.  Only change I have is below....

Can I alter the text of the last sentence slightly.  "Learn how to better understand the identities and experiences...."

[MAR-03-21 10:17 AM  Tonya Gibbs] the correction showed up in Litmus.  You did it correctly.  The proof has been resubmitted.  Don't forget to approve it here as well.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
