[APR-09-21  4:17 PM  Anonymous] Revisions are in Litmus

[APR-12-21 12:27 PM  Anonymous] Anna has approved revisions in Litmus. DOs are reviewing the data list so I can update it here. What is the timing of the eblast, so that we can be sure our website is updated before the eblast? Thanks.

[APR-12-21 12:45 PM  Tonya Gibbs] The work order says it is scheduled to send on 4/14, of course that is dependent on us receiving the data on time.

[APR-12-21 12:49 PM  Anonymous] Got ya. I think Anna was looking to guesstimate the time of day of the eblast. I have the data ready to upload to here and can do it now. But, the DOs need to finalize permission from all Relationship Managers. If I upload now, would that be best to stay on a good timeline here ... but, also be able to let you know names to remove before the actual eblast ... if they get any "no" responses from RMs?

[APR-12-21  1:27 PM  Tonya Gibbs] I would say - load your data when it is correct. This will avoid any confusion.  If you need longer than the 14th, then I would need to look at the mailing calendar and evaluate a new mailing date.

[APR-12-21  1:28 PM  Tonya Gibbs] I have no idea of "what time of day" the email will be sent.

[APR-13-21  4:16 PM  Jason Phenicie] New file added

[APR-13-21  4:17 PM  Anonymous] Data is uploaded. Please only use the "email" tab. Thank you.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
