Updates

The project update log is shown below.

⚠️ Your request is in the final stages and is locked for comments and file uploads. If you need urgent assistance please email both Jason Phenicie (jphenicie@uff.ufl.edu) and Monica Vosilla (mvosilla@uff.ufl.edu)

[FEB-28-17 12:00 AM  Anonymous] For Gator100 article: please remove the graphic and add the photo I just uploaded. The photo should fill the column like the tour stop article. The caption for the photo is:  President and DCP alum Brittany Culbreth, BSBC 2006, and Vice President and fellow Gator Jesse Culbreth accept their award for leading the Gator100's 4th-ranked company Emerald C’s Development, Inc.

Also, for the Gator100 article: please change “View Photos” to “See this year’s list” and change the link to: https://dcp.ufl.edu/spotlights/dcp-gator100/. Please change the headline so that the capitalization matches this: “DCP alums dominate #Gator100”

For Career Fair article: please change “Carrer” to “Career” in the headline.

For Tampa Tour Stop: please change headline to “Tampa Tour Stop With Dean Anumba”

[FEB-28-17 11:36 AM  Anonymous] Looks great! Please bold "Jesse Culbreth" in the caption in the Gator100 article and bold "David Brandon" in the caption for the Tampa Tour Stop

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
