[MAY-09-22  4:48 PM  Monica Vosilla] Hi Alexa, do you have a ballpark figure for the size of this send list? Thanks! -Monica

[MAY-10-22 11:13 AM  Anonymous] Hi Monica, thanks for checking and I just pulled the list which is currently 6,625 e-mails.
Could the date for this requested send be moved one day out, to Wednesday, June 1, as to not send on the day after the Memorial Day holiday? Let me know your thoughts or if you have any better ideas, and thank you!

[MAY-10-22  1:51 PM  Monica Vosilla] Hi Alexa, thanks for the info. Would June 2nd be an option? We try to keep Gator Nation News days (1st Wed. of the month) clear from other emails. -Monica

[MAY-10-22  1:54 PM  Anonymous] Yes, thank you - June 2 would be great.

[MAY-10-22  2:04 PM  Monica Vosilla] Thanks - we're set for 6/2 now.

[MAY-25-22 10:21 AM  Monica Vosilla] Hi Alexa,

I wanted to check in about the Litmus proof approval to ensure that we're set to meet the June 2nd send date.

Thanks!
-Monica

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
