[APR-25-17  4:53 PM  Anonymous] The issue looks great! Here are a couple edits:
In the first article, please bold the names: Joey Amodo, Nathania Martinez, Christopher Nelson, Breana Ross, Dan Angeles.

Please bold Dean Anumba's name in the second article. Also in that article, please remove "Co." so that it reads "title sponsor, Haskell , as well as";

For students earn national recognition article, please use the photo I'm uploading (we realized we need photos to break up some of these articles); Also, please change text in the last article link to "DCP Doctoral Student Presents at AIA Convention in Orlando"

For the Distinguished Alumni article, please add the photos I'm uploading (add the first photo just under the headline and add the second photo after "read more" and before the paragraph that starts "DCP also would like to congratulate"; The last person in the awards list is starting at the end of the line above him -- Please add a return so Kevin White is listed on his own line.

In Gerdo Aquino's article, please change his degree to BLA (drop the "E").

In the UF Outstanding Alumni article on the sidebar, please add degrees so that the first sentence reads, "DCP alums Chris Berger, MHP 2010, the city of Gaithersburg, MD’s Historic Preservation Officer, and Brittany Culbreath, BSBC 2006, owner of Emerald C’s Development, Inc., were"

In alumni news on the sidebar, please change Todd Bennett's degree to BLA (drop the "E"). Also in alumni news, please switch Harry Sempeles and Todd Bennett's listings (this will make the listing in alphabetical order).

[APR-28-17 10:34 AM  Anonymous] Looks great! Just two quick edits, both in the Jacksonville Tour Stop article. Please bold "Dean Anumba" in the text and remove "Co." so that the part of the sentence reads "... title sponsor, Haskell, as well as ..." Thanks!

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
