[JUN-05-17 12:08 PM  Caroline Baldwin] Is there a link to the BeatMichigan website? There was not one hyperlinked in the Google document.

[JUN-05-17 12:12 PM  Anonymous] Yes, I'm sorry. Here you go: http://ufalumni.ufl.edu/beatmichigan

[JUN-08-17 10:34 AM  Anonymous] As soon as there is a draft available, I'd love to show the email to our senior director of events to make sure the text is okay. I'm sure she'll have some adjustments to the text. Thanks!

[JUN-13-17  9:59 AM  Anonymous] Hi - Below please find the new content as approved by our Senior Director:

Hello Gators,

Your Florida Gators will start their season in Dallas against the Big Ten powerhouse Michigan Wolverines. Of course, Gator Nation Headquarters will be there to help you celebrate and cheer on the Gators to victory!

Make your plans now to join us Saturday, Sept. 2, at Tailgate Tavern – the official Headquarters of The Gator Nation, presented by Delta Air Lines. The fun begins at 10:30 a.m. CT, four hours before kickoff. Tailgate Tavern is just minutes from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, TX.

The night before, the UFAA and University Athletic Association/Gator Boosters are hosting a pep rally from 6 – 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1. at the Omni Dallas Hotel.

This is the third SEC vs. Big Ten match up in the AdvoCare Classic. The SEC is undefeated in such games, and the Gators plan to keep it that way.

We hope to see you in Dallas and at the Gator Nation Headquarters!

Go Gators!

[JUN-13-17 11:54 AM  Caroline Baldwin] I just made those changes and updates! Let me know if you have any other questions!

[JUN-20-17  3:31 PM  Anonymous] Here are the few edits:

- Remove "Hello Gators,"

- In the 2nd paragraph, please change last sentence to read: "Tailgate Tavern is just steps away from AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys."

- Please change the 3rd paragraph to read: "On Friday night, the UFAA, University Athletic Association and Gator Boosters are hosting a pep rally from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Omni Dallas Hotel. More details about the pep rally are forthcoming."

- Remove "UF Alumni Association" at the closing of the email

[JUN-26-17 12:04 PM  Caroline Baldwin] Made all of the changes you requested again!

[JUN-26-17  3:37 PM  Anonymous] They just changed the time of the tailgate. Please change "10:30 a.m." to "10 a.m."

Everything else looks good.

[JUN-27-17 11:13 AM  Caroline Baldwin] Great! Just made that final change for you.

[JUN-28-17 10:01 AM  Jason Phenicie] Updated send date to early Saturday, July 1 per email from JP

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
