[NOV-09-17  9:46 AM  Anonymous] Added *your* to phrase below.

Walk, run, jog, take a stroll through your neighborhood, or complete *your* miles on a treadmill. You choose the course and distance that's right for you! The Virtual Gator Run 10K & Half Marathon is a great way to stay active, support the Florida Cicerones, and impact The Gator Nation®.

Please combine the phrase about the T-Shirt and medal and then delete the medal phrase. See below for copy.

All participants will receive a Virtual Gator Run 10K & Half Marathon T-Shirt and finisher's medal. Medals and T-shirts are the same for each distance. Shirts and medals will be mailed after your registration is processed.

Please add the new image of the actual shirt and medal so it sits beside the medal and T-Shirt phrase.

Thank you!

[NOV-09-17  1:00 PM  Caroline Baldwin] Just made those changes, let me know if you have any others!

[NOV-09-17  1:20 PM  Anonymous] Thanks for making those revisions. Can you make the medal and shirt image larger?

The more I look at this, the more I think it's too long. Please omit the following and replace with a "Learn more and register" button.

All participants will receive a custom bib number via email with a race number and their name.
Participants can complete their distance in any intervals or pace they wish.
Each participant will track his or her own distance. Completion is based on the honor system.
Participants can track time and distance using The Gator Nation® App. Various leaderboards will be posted on the mobile app so runners can track their progress with other Gators based on distance.
About the Florida Cicerone Endowment
Proceeds from The Virtual Gator Run 10K & Half Marathon directly support the Florida Cicerones, including the training and development of its members. The funds will help sustain Cicerones' long-established role as campus tour guides and presidential hosts of the University of Florida. It will also support the development and impact of Florida Cicerones as outstanding students who are committed members of the organization and thoughtful University citizens.

[NOV-09-17  2:17 PM  Caroline Baldwin] Those changes have been made!

[NOV-09-17  2:20 PM  Anonymous] So close! The button doesnt appear to work. Can it please link to the event page?

[NOV-09-17  2:23 PM  Caroline Baldwin] Ah I fixed it!

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.

We're glad you're interested in doing more with Quickbase!
