[AUG-11-17  2:49 PM  Anonymous] Hi there, just checking to make sure you received all the necessary documents and graphics for this email. I'll be watching my email for a proof. Thanks!

[AUG-17-17  4:29 PM  Anonymous] --Change the first sentence to: “In just two weeks,”

--Change sentence in final paragraph: "...a pep rally from 6 - 7 p.m. with special guests Emmitt Smith and Steve Spurrier." will be at the Friday event. Feel free to provide any text.

--Twitter link doesn’t work.

[AUG-18-17  8:43 AM  Anonymous] My senior director wanted an entire change in the text above the "More Info" button. Can you please change to the following:

In just two weeks, the Florida Gators will kick off their season against the Big Ten powerhouse Michigan Wolverines at the home of the Dallas Cowboys, AT&T Stadium!

Make plans to join the official activities for UF:

•    Friday, Sept 1 | Join the University Athletic Association, Gator Boosters and UFAA at the Omni Dallas Hotel for a pep rally from 6 - 7 p.m. Special guests include Gator alum and star Cowboys’ running back, Emmitt Smith, “head ball coach” Steve Spurrier and many others. Come join fellow Gator fans as they get hyped to cheer on the Orange & Blue!

•    Saturday, Sept. 2 | Join the UFAA at Tailgate Tavern - the official Headquarters of The Gator Nation, presented by Delta Air Lines - for food, fun, live music and more.  The tailgate begins at 10 a.m. CT, four hours before kickoff, and is located just steps away from AT&T Stadium. Don't forget that the first 500 members who present their UFAA membership card will receive a FREE GIFT.

[AUG-18-17  4:27 PM  Anonymous] The Twitter hyperlink is still not correct. Can that please be fixed? I think everything else is good.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.

We're glad you're interested in doing more with Quickbase!
