[MAY-21-18  8:27 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Erin - is this a resend of 18EROH-0214464? There are no body files.  Also we need an appeal code.  Thanks.

[MAY-21-18  8:29 AM  Anonymous] This should be a resend. I think Eric's plan might have been a forward from him. You can send it from me. I'll get the appeal code.

[JUN-07-18 10:09 AM  Anonymous] Before your membership lapsed on 4/1/2016 12:00:00 AM, you were a member for  {"THE YEAR" AND THE WORD YEAR OR YEARS IS MISSING HERE}

[JUN-08-18  8:31 AM  Tonya Gibbs] You may want to reconsider this sentence structure. There is no way for me to make it grammatically correct for singular vs. plural years dynamically unless you accommodate for this change in your data. Example:   The expiration and length of membership can pull dynamically.  However, as written, the sentence structure would have to be modified for someone who has been a member for only 1 year vs. 2 years.

[JUN-25-18 11:45 AM  Anonymous] Since your membership lapsed on 4/1/2016, The University of Florida has become the first Florida school to break into the list of top 10 best public universities, coming in at No. 9, according to the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings. Did you know that joining the UFAA immediately contributes to UF's rankings?

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
