[FEB-28-18  3:31 PM  Ciara Orsi] Do you have a link for the button?

[MAR-01-18 12:46 PM  Anonymous] Oh, I'm sorry, I thought I included it. My fault! https://www.commercebank.com/gators

[MAR-05-18  9:27 AM  Anonymous] Just checking in on this email. I see its status is AVP Approval. Will we see a proof today by chance? We need to also have Commerce Bank approve the email before we can send it on 3-6 (tomorrow). Thanks!

[MAR-06-18  8:39 AM  Anonymous] The only thing we see that needs fixed is the missing superscript numbers. For example, there is a number 1 after "rewards" in the first sentence; a number 2 after "categories" in the second paragraph; a number 3 after "Cash Back". All versions should be the same.

[MAR-06-18 11:31 AM  Anonymous] Hi, once those superscript numbers are added, the email is ready to be sent. We are hoping to get it sent today to stay on schedule. Thanks!

[MAR-07-18  1:39 PM  Chris Barnett] Hey, in the data file, there's roughly ~71K addresses either under 20 or with a age of 0 (meaning we know their birth day but not year).    Do we just drop these or do they get a particular mailing?   We can indicate them separately in reports, but I wasn't sure which content they should receive.

[MAR-07-18  2:27 PM  Anonymous] Since there is no way to determine if they are at least 18 years old, we'll have to go ahead and drop those for now. However, you can "cut these folks for now, but save them off separately.  If Staci gets back and we can figure out these people, then we can send a version to them."

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.

We're glad you're interested in doing more with Quickbase!
