Updates

The project update log is shown below.

⚠️ Your request is in the final stages and is locked for comments and file uploads. If you need urgent assistance please email both Jason Phenicie (jphenicie@uff.ufl.edu) and Monica Vosilla (mvosilla@uff.ufl.edu)

[APR-18-18  1:31 PM  Jason Phenicie] Good afternoon,
I've assigned this but it is April 18 and there are no materials attached for this mailing, so we will be unable to meet the April 20 send date. If we receive materials by COB today (Wednesday, April 18), we could make either a Monday, 4/23 or Wednesday, 4/25 send date.

Please let us know. Thank you.

[APR-19-18  5:14 PM  Anonymous] Also, it's my understanding that Ellen has a canned report of alumni, parents and members that we utilize for our tailgate emails?  I will circle with her and provide an update asap.

Thanks much!

[APR-23-18 12:44 PM  Tonya Gibbs] Changes were requested, but there were not any changes added to the updates. Please let me know what you would like modified.  Thanks, Tonya

[APR-23-18  1:26 PM  Anonymous] Hi Tonya -
I submitted that I would like the delta winner name to be Jan Skok.
Thanks much :)

[APR-25-18  3:04 PM  Anonymous] Please add "home" under football schedule header.

[MAY-02-18  3:12 PM  Anonymous] Links are not active for the sponsors at the bottom.  We are awaiting those and will send.
If time is allowed, we have a small text change.  But if it will bump time to send then do not make change below:
We look forward to seeing you this fall at our Gator Nation Tailgates before each home game. Don’t miss your chance to kick off the Mullen Era with us on September 1!

[MAY-02-18  4:23 PM  Tonya Gibbs] I will be happy to add the sponsorship links, but someone needs to provide that information, since it was not included with the original work order request. This may take some time since the image provided with the sponsors is 1 image and it needs to be sliced, pieced back together, and tested to insure it doesn't break when it deploys.

[MAY-02-18  5:11 PM  Anonymous] https://www.delta.com/
https://www.geico.com/landingpage/member-discount/?logo=17600
https://www.bkstr.com/floridastore/home/en

We can try to re-create the footer and send to you?  Does that help?

[MAY-03-18  7:03 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Yes Thank you

[MAY-03-18  7:05 AM  Tonya Gibbs] It is the background on the image that may pose the issue with the mobile when the slices come back together for resizing.  Let me play with it a little. If I have trouble I will let you know.

[MAY-16-18  5:23 PM  Anonymous] Please remove the second sentence in the first paragraph - it is a duplicate.
Thanks!

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
