[OCT-01-18  9:56 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Do you have a header for this email?

[OCT-01-18 10:00 AM  Anonymous] Not yet, they are designing one. Will have it by the materials deadline. Thanks!

[OCT-11-18  7:03 AM  Anonymous] Header is in!

[OCT-19-18  1:45 PM  Anonymous] Can we do something to enhance the look of this? I know it’s just text and a small amount of it, but anything we can do. Ideas are below:

1.    Can we put a line/bar/gradient between the header and the text? Maybe the same blue line that is at the bottom? With the header bottom being white it runs right into the copy.
2.    Can we make the text larger overall?
3.    Can we bold/make the first line bigger: You've heard it before, maybe you've even said it yourself... "The Gator Nation® is everywhere." Now get out and experience it for yourself!
4.    Can we put a bit of space between the button and the bottom of the email so it doesn’t cut off so drastically?

[OCT-22-18  1:54 PM  Caroline Baldwin] Made the corrections as requested except for the first one. Because the title of the email drops into the white space, adding a line under the header image will create trapped white space to the left of the title. Tonya suggested that we place the first paragraph into a colored box to add emphasis.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
