[JUL-09-19 10:58 AM  Anonymous] Email is approved as is (though can you check the email subject, when I printed a PDF it talked about UF in San Francisco).  I'm waiting on the books to close for the list of who will be invited, I expect to have that list by end of week so once I have it I'll send you the emails that will be invited.  Thanks!!

[JUL-12-19  1:40 PM  Anonymous] Tom Mitchel has asked us today to change the language for the invite.  Can you please update the text before the date block to the following:

======================
You are cordially invited to celebrate your impact at the million dollar breakfast; a celebration of the most impactful gifts to the University of Florida in FY2019.

Come prepared to share the impact of your million dollar gift with your colleagues.
======================

Thanks!!
Jessica

[JUL-25-19  8:42 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Hi, I noticed this has been waiting for your approval for over a week after updating the text with Tom's message.  I wanted to make sure everything is alright, or that you haven't forgotten to hit approve again.   Let me know if I can assist you with anything else on this project.   Thanks, Tonya

[JUL-25-19  9:08 AM  Anonymous] I'm sending the changes requested, if we can't get it out today, would tomorrow be an option?  Let me know if you need anything else.

Thanks
JF

[JUL-25-19  9:12 AM  Anonymous] I think I attached all you need, but let me know if there's something I missed.

Thanks again,

JF

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.

We're glad you're interested in doing more with Quickbase!
