Good Afternoon,

I would also like to request the following copy be added to these funds:

Sea Turtle 018737 - This fund supports Whitney Lab’s operations of the rehabilitation and research facility for Sea Turtles impacted by fibropapilloma in the North Florida region.

Education 005161 - The Education Fund supports the Laboratory’s outreach education programs to local schools and our community and allows us to educate over 5,500 K-12 students in seven counties with hands on science learning.

Good afternoon Heather,

The two funds listed have been updated. Please review and let me know if I've missed anything. I'll close this ticket out after COB on Friday, July 27.

Have a great day,
Jason

All of the images should now be updated as well.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Thank you!

Can the images on these pages be adjusted at all? The crop seems

a little off.

Good afternoon Whitney,

I'm doing an audit of our project management portal and I found this one. It looks like the work was done almost a year ago, but it was never sent back to you. I'm going to put this in "with collaborator" in case we missed anything.

If you see something we missed, please let us know. If not, we'll close this out after close of business on May 30.

My apologies for the mix-up.

Have a good day,
Jason

-- [MAY-23-19 Anonymous] -------------- Thank you for the follow up. Can the Jim Ebert fund image be adjusted at all? The crop on it just shows the person's body and cuts off the head, same with the education fund. I can provide different photos if that helps. Thanks! -- [MAY-24-19 Jason Phenicie] --------------

Good morning Whitney,

I did some composite photo work and updated the images for both the Educational Programs and the Just-Do-It funds. Please review and let me know if those will work.

Thanks!
Jason

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.

We're glad you're interested in doing more with Quickbase!
