The project update log is shown below.

?? Your request is in the final stages and is locked for comments and file uploads. If you need urgent assistance please email both Jason Phenicie (jphenicie@uff.ufl.edu) and Monica Vosilla (mvosilla@uff.ufl.edu)

[OCT-06-17  1:38 PM  Anonymous] The artwork file I uploaded is for the header. This even is part of Campaign Kick off. We have our final meeting with Tom on Monday 10/9 at 10AM. Would I be able to get a proof by then to share with him and the rest of the committee to showcase our final communications we plan to send out?

[OCT-10-17  9:36 AM  Anonymous] The wording should be just as it is on the FINAL Texas Email Doc. We will not be saying campaign kick off explicitly

[OCT-10-17  4:07 PM  Anonymous] Can we include the RSVP link (button) and teaser video into this content? Per Luke's request

Registration link!

He also would like to see the teaser video link included in the email!

[OCT-11-17 11:32 AM  Tonya Gibbs] Jill,  our leadership has asked that we exclude the RSVP button from this mailing.  Please let me know when this approved.  Thanks.  Tonya

[OCT-11-17 12:16 PM  Anonymous] are we able to incorporate a RSVP button?

[OCT-11-17  4:42 PM  Chris Barnett] Not sure if you see Proof Notes, but here's the latest:
Hi, we've gotten approval from Luke to proceed without an RSVP link.  Students are getting checked in differently and we didn't want people to think they were getting a shirt just for registering.  Is everything else ok from your end?

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.

We're glad you're interested in doing more with Quickbase!
