no Completed 06-15-2015 Nursing Promo Shoot We are planning the College of Nursing Reunion and working on the promotional materials, like the save-the-date postcard. Our theme is “Our Future is Bright.” For the main image, we’ve decided to have Dean McDaniel posing outside of the College’s main entrance with four nursing students. Normally, I would arrange with the HSC photographers, but they are both out of town on the day that works for the dean and the students, which is June 10 at 4 p.m. Would you be able to help? Below, I’ve copied the details of the photoshoot that I completed for HSC Creative Services. Thanks for your time! https://ufodaa.box.com/v/1506-NursingPromoShoot   4 Photo Requests   Communications, UF Advancement

no Completed 10-04-2017 Nursing Donor Recognition We have heard that UFF will assist with photography for college events/activities leading up to the campaign and for campaign materials. Would it be possible to request a photographer at the College of Nursing Donor Recognition Event again this year? It will be Sept. 29 starting at 6 p.m. at the Harrell Medical Education Building. It would also be great if we could have a photographer for our reunion tailgate the following day, Sept. 30. The tailgate will also be at Harrell. PHHP’s reunion will be taking place at the same time next door, so it would be easy to get two birds with one stone!

In a nutshell, we have donors attend and also invite their student scholarship recipients. We'd really like photos of the benefactors with their scholarship recipients. The best time to get these photos would be during the cocktail hour in the lobby at the beginning of the event. Around 6:45 (time is tentative), we'll start dinner and the program in one of the learning studios. There will be awards during the program and we'll definitely want photos of that too. After the program, there will be coffee/desserts with more mixing/mingling and closing out of the silent auction.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quick Base often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quick Base finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quick Base needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
