no Completed 04-14-2017 Update Available Funds for College of the Arts We're working on redesigning our Development/Giving website, and in doing so, a couple of things related to our funds have come to our attention. First, not all of our funds are listed on the Advancement website when you go to "Online Giving for the College of the Arts" - https://www.uff.ufl.edu/OnlineGiving/FineArts.asp?AppealCode=GZITO. Second, not all of our funds have individual giving pages. For example, the College of the Arts General Fund (F000313- https://www.uff.ufl.edu/OnlineGiving/FundDetail.asp?FundCode=000313&AppealCode=GZITO) has a page where people can give directly to that fund, but the Stephen Shooster Studio Art Scholarship (F020597) does not have an individual giving page. I've compiled a list - see attached - of all of our funds that need to be listed on the Advancement website under "Online Giving to the College of the Arts" and those that need individual giving pages (it should be noted that these will also need to be added to the "Online Giving to the College of the Arts" page). All of the funds that are already listed on the "Online Giving for the College of the Arts" page can remain there, except for the Friends of Theatre and Dance Scholarship fund (F014667), that one can be removed. https://ufodaa.box.com/s/2ekv1hsd2sv0b5smgy69ywjunxfg3e2p 27 UFF Website   Miller, Jessica

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
