no Completed 03-30-2022 Spring Subscription Box Photos Video - Q3 Filming will take place on Thursday, March 17, at 10:30am at the IFAS Communications Building located at 2343 Mowry Rd, Gainesville (this is between the Baseball field and the Band practice field.) IFAS will provide a parking pass so Albert can park in the lot in front of the building. The Spring Box includes tomato seeds from IFAS, coffee from a local coffee shop and a coffee mug. The video concept will include Albert coming to work at the IFAS building and interacting with employees while enjoying his coffee and learning about the tomatoes being grown in an IFAS greenhouse. Albert will be in two locations including the IFAS comms building and one of the IFAS greenhouses near the comms building less than a half mile apart. A golf cart will be available for Albert to ride in if the walk is too far. Our plan is to wrap the video production up the following week so that we can allow time for approval from Athletics. When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
