We would love to give our UF Foundation Job Board a "facelift". We have a few ideas, but would love to collaborate on this project.

no Proposed   Website Updates

We have several updates we'd like to implement while we wait for the entire site to be enhanced. As we ramp up our efforts for the next campaign, we are actively engaged in talent acquisition.

1. Join our team page (https://www.uff.ufl.edu/employment/)

  • Picture has two people no longer with UFA featured.
  • Benefits goes straight to UFHR, maybe landing page instead with list of benefits, then links.  Let’s promote atmosphere at UFA as well as actual benefits.

2. Our People, Our Work page:

  • Main photo again features two former employees.

3. Pictures are not cohesive on this page: https://www.uff.ufl.edu/people-work/

4. Staff Directory in bottom band is dead link.
5. An interest form for people to contact our Recruiter like on this page: https://quickbase.formengine.com/#!/render-dynamic?templateId=36baf1cb-d06a-4b73-b65e-8880c9280c45&action=print&rids=%7B%22318f2eef-fe37-492b-ac77-278dd7dccaf8%22:%20%221%22%7D&connection=%7B%22userToken%22:%20%22b8gd98_qmrw_0_dsht7rnde2pxtbd8w4sa6bhuey24%22,%22realm%22:%20%22ufadvancement%22%7D

no Awaiting Sponsor/Donor Approval   UF Foundation Job Board

Could you please remove on the UF Foundation Job Board landing page unnecessary information provided on the postings? We do not need the UF Position # or UF Title included on the postings. https://www.uff.ufl.edu/employment/opportunities/

no Completed 02-26-2024 Update Sonya's Job Title on Employment Opportunities Webpage

Good morning,

On the “Employment Opportunities” webpage, https://www.uff.ufl.edu/employment/opportunities/,
Sonya's title is listed underneath the postings as the contact with an outdated job title. Her new title is “Senior Director of Talent Management” not the “Interim Senior Director of Talent Management”. Could you please update this?

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
