Project Description
Drop Date(s): Sept 20-24 Audience: All alumni (~300,000) + parents of current students Leveraging the announcement of UF’s rise in rankings, Annual Giving will launch a digital Top 5 campaign in order to increase alumni participation and raise revenue. This digital campaign will run for 5 days – September 20th to the 24th – and target all alumni and parents. Messaging will center around the power of participation and giving $5 to continue UF’s good work. To drive excitement, Annual Giving will utilize a limited-edition Top 5 window decal as a giveaway. Donors will receive this decal as a token of appreciation. • Copy o Copy for 3 emails – 1 initial, 1 follow-up and 1 last call o Thank You card (will be used to fulfill the decal) • Artwork o Webpage Header (1440 pixels x 425 pixels) Photo Carousel o Emails Header and footer (600 px wide) Button o Social Media Graphics for Facebook, Instagram, Instagram story, Twitter o Window Decal or Magnet Designer to determine specs/colors o Thank You Card: Will be used to mail out the decal to donors Specs to be determined by size of decal

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
