Project Description
Drop date: January 10, 2022 Count: ~350,000 AUDIENCE: Alumni and friends will be asked to make a gift to support Giving Day 2022. DELIVERABLES: • Tie artwork o 10 x 4 sticker, 3/3, no bleeds, keep the tie as the only sticker, but material can be upgraded with MCR. • Copy o Refresh the copy from last year and update gift goal to say 20,000 gifts and date is 2.17.22. Update top 5 language. • Reply Card (2 versions needed: membership and annual giving) o 8.5 x 3.5 reply card, 3/2, bleeds, 65#opaque uncoated cover o Update membership reply card to say 2018 under the Recent Grad membership amount “Class of xxxx to present” o REMOVE any mention of the exclusive sticker on the membership reply and remove the sticker artwork of Mr. Two-bits from last year (front and back). • Envelope o #11 showcase window, 2/0, no bleeds, 24# WW NOTABLE NOTES: 1. Last year, there was an issue with what was sent over. Rob had to make revisions. Please see the attached emails for reference. 2. Please keep specs 3/3 to avoid extra charges.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
