Project Description
In an effort to increase membership acquisition, retention and APR, an additional welcome gift will be added to the membership welcome package from March 2021 through June 2021. This welcome gift needs to be small, with little to no-cost to abide by QPQ regulations for membership – i.e. – exclusive decal. Audience Notes: My audience will be lapsed annual members of the UFAA from the past 5 FYs who have not renewed their membership this year. No, it’s not replacing the renewal notices dropping in March. I’ll remove anyone who is in our membership renewal process from this email. I also asked Amanda to flag the following in my data: - Constituent has not made a gift this FY – Y/N - Constituent’s only gift made in FY20 was a membership – Y/N If that population combining those two flags is a decent size then I’ll just send this email to that group. I also had this email’s drop date tentative on our end since it’s right after Giving Day. It doesn’t have to go out exactly on March 18, but I’d like for it to go out before April.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
