Project Description
We have some images that will need to be added. But, with the plan of including some images from the event in July, we have until then to get everything together and prepped. I’d like to have as much in order as possible so we can just pop the final images in after the event and then send for production. (Event Date: 7/24) As a reminder, this will be delivered to the Vickers after the event. For a layout, I’d like to suggest the following: • The Panoramas and room views from the house, room by room. • A few select large images of key pieces that were in those rooms (we have these images I need to get to you) • Then the Beach house • Images of the transition of the collection from the home to the Harn • Images of the Vickers in their home with the art (portraits). Perhaps interspersed earlier in the book. • Images of install process • Images of Installation at the Harn in the Exhibition Hall • Images of the Vickers from their visit (just a few) • Images from the party We also have some quotes from people/visitors/etc that might be nice to sprinkle throughout the book. Kelly can send those over as well. Rob, Aaron and Megan will be helping put the photobook together. End of July is the to printer date at this point. When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
