-- [JAN-04-24 Tina Banner] --------------
1/4/24: Ben and Tina met with Sarah to review her project. Ben shared some early Beat Tee concepts. Sarah will share them with the students and provide feedback by Wednesday, Jan. 10.

-- [JAN-09-24 Tina Banner] --------------
1/9/24: Sarah emailed Ben and Tina that the students loved the second concept. She is going to check with Staci on any additional sponsors and let Ben know for the back of the shirt.

-- [JAN-16-24 Tina Banner] --------------
1/16/24: Sarah indicated that there will not be a sponsor on the back and the students like the updated design.  Ben has sent final files to Sarah for printing. Ben is waiting on some additional direction for the email header.

-- [JAN-17-24 Tina Banner] --------------
1/16/24: Sarah has indicated that there will be NO sponsor for the back. Ben adjusted the back and resent the files to Sarah. Sarah indicated that she would send over a proof from RadWear when received. Ben has also sent over a email heder design for approval. 1/17/24: Dave has reviewed the email header.

-- [JAN-22-24 Tina Banner] --------------
1/22/24: Email header round 2 with tweaks is back with Sarah for approval.

-- [JAN-22-24 Tina Banner] --------------
1/22/24: Sarah approved the header and requested a text change to use it for lapsed members. Ben completed that within minutes. Tina added it as an extra deliverable. The project is complete.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
