Project Description
Message from Courtnie: Leslie and I spoke to UAA this morning and confirmed our spot for the Homecoming Football Game. They are allowing us to do some promotion around the 10th Anniversary at one of the TV timeouts that Missouri game. With that said, we would like for you to create a jpeg file that could be used for the Jumbo Tron. Alicia, AD of Marketing at the UAA stated that the jpeg need to be 15 words or less but we could do 2 different files that they could switch up if necessary. At this time, we will recognize the Machen’s and 10 years of the program. If we get a 10 million gift of course some of this on field recognition would change but for now we are sticking with the 10th Anniversary theme. Could you get this to me by the end of next month???? North Endzone - 528x308 px South Endzone - 512 x 264 px Mainboard - 1280x720 px

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
