Project Description
• Previous Theme: Name a bat. Donors received a digital download PDF certificate with their bat’s name. It was a hit! • Halloween Theme: This year, we are thinking of centering the campaign around Halloween, as it spans generations. • Ideas: Building upon the Halloween theme, donors can select one of two options: Sending someone a ‘Trick’ or a ‘Treat’. A live tally will be available so donors can see which option is being selected more often using an amplo landing page. This will be similar to the BEAT week tally landing page when we played Georgia. • Important to Note: We need to make sure we solicit on behalf of colleges and units. As far as we know, the email confirmation is universal, so we can’t have a trick receipt and different treat receipt. • Timeframe: Since we are extending the BEAT Box campaign until October 9th, we are considering running this campaign for a week and a half. The closer we run it to Halloween, the better! Next steps: 1. Jason will talk through Amplo confirmation code with Chris, as we want to avoid people getting spammed with emails on behalf of UFF. 2. Plan to meet and follow up: Next Tuesday, 10/6. Come prepared to share more ideas! ***UPDATED DELIVERABLES*** • Email Artwork – header and footer (600px wide) o Please provide a new header for each email round (3 total), if possible, that illustrates the “trick” and “treat” aspect of the campaign • Social Artwork – 1 gif and 1 jpg • Amplo Artwork o 1440 x 425px campaign banner image o 500 x 500px circular campaign logo o 680 x 400px rectangular campaign image • A “trick” graphic with space for name customization • A “treat” graphic with space for name customization • Copy – 1 initial email + 2 follow up emails o 1 series for alumni

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.
