1/11/24: Team met with Amanda to discuss the look and feel of the event. Amanda shared the event overview and "from the Swamp to Success" theme.  The team decided to use the "Swamp" look and feel from ALVC/staff event. Name tags will be lanyards on Thursday and Friday during campus events with the program on the back. Those will have a more generic 40 Gators branding look and feel and transition to magnet name tags with the "the samp" look and fee for the Friday evening event. Photography/videography was discussed. Dave will chat with Brenton and Jennifer about capturing some video of the honoree activities.  Group photo location options were discussed. Possibly using the new training center vs the field. Discussion occurred around creating new awards. The team discussed some options with a deadline for art March 4.

1/31/24: Tina requested some additional direction on behalf of Rob for the Table numbers, Name Tags and Signage.  Jaclyn has a meeting with Amanda on Friday to develop some concept ideas and will share with the team once things have been decided on. The 40 Gators Award has been worked on and Dave said a concept should be ready mid-next week. Ben will take over this work since Jim will be out at the end of the month.

2/13/24: Rob received information for the Nametag Laynard. He is working on the dinner tags as well. Maggie and Rob are working on the table numbers and they will have more details on signage soon.

Per Amanda: Attached please find this year’s 40/40 schedule.  As of now, it’s complete and we don’t envision any major adjustments.  For the lanyards, you can start the listing with the Welcome Reception on Thursday evening since they will have already been hosted for their optional campus engagement.

That order for the program is fine.  We haven’t secured speakers yet but hope to have them by the end of the month. **See attachment via BOX**

2/21/24: Amanda met with Dave, Rob and Ben on the art for the award to ask for feedback and direction. Amanda made some suggestions for the award and Ben will rework the design. Name tags and table numbers have been sent to Amanda for approval. Signage is still being determined by the event team and will be started on soon.

3/7/24:  Jaclyn reported on 3/1 after a meeting with Amanda we are pivoting away from the physical honoree wall displays and cancel the new deliverables associated with it.  A digital display will be added instead.

-- [MAR-07-24 Tina Banner] --------------
3/7/24: Updates to the Lanyards and PowerPoint slides were made and resent for approval.

-- [MAR-19-24 Tina Banner] --------------
3/19/24:  Tina shared a final punchlist of items with Amanda.Rob is working on the Digital Display, will send a proof when complete. Nametag final RSVP list needs to be in hand by Monday to send to the printer. Table numbers will be sent to the printer by Rob. Jaclyn and Rob will work on the dinner menu cards. LED Digital display in the practice facility is a new addition. We are waiting on dimensions.

-- [MAR-22-24 Tina Banner] --------------
3/22/24: Rob has asked Dave for some feedback on the honoree screen slides.  Menu is in progress and waiting for the dessert item to add. Maggy has provided the LED Board dimensions to Rob for that deliverable.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
