12/6: spoke with Sarah on this. Since the deadline was missed she would like to move this to a spring refresh. She is looking for 3-4 email headers that she can interchange for emails that will go out mid-February and in April. Social graphic: she is looking for 1-2 graphics that showcase the TK medal using F Book graphics. This is so that her STAT team can just plug in graphics and use the post to explain what the program is. They are not graphic designers so any assistance with that is appreciated.

12/12/23:  Rob and Tina met with Sarah and Rob shared some revisions. Sarah is going to provide some updated graphics the first week of January for Rob to use to make some updates. Sarah will also provide some copy and graphics for the social graphics.

1/4/24: Tina followed up with Sarah and this is still on her radar.

1/4/24: Spoke to Sarah and asked if this was still on her radar to send Rob samples of social items and pin samples for the email header. She said it was still on her list.

1/29/24:Tina emailed Sarah the email headers Rob created to prompt her to send additional pin images she asked to incorporate. Sarch requested to push back the social graphics.

-- [FEB-07-24 Tina Banner] --------------
2/6/24: Tina sent Sarah a reminder about copy and inquired if she wanted to push back the date again. Waiting response.

2/13/24: Reminded Sarah again that we are waiting information.

-- [FEB-14-24 Tina Banner] --------------
2/14/24: Sarah reported that she has just not been able to set up photos for the extra items needed. She said she would use what Rob has created for the email header for an email she will send out in early March and then perhaps add the additional pin images for another email that will be sent in April along with the social graphic. Tina suggested keeping the ticket open until April 5 to accommodate her timeline and keep it on our radar.

When you bring additional fields into a conversion, Quickbase often finds inconsistencies. For example, say you're converting your Companies column into its own table. One company, Acme Corporation, has offices in New York, Dallas and Portland. So, when you add the City column to the conversion, Quickbase finds three different locations for Acme. A single value in the column you're converting can only match one value in any additional field. Quickbase needs you to clean up the extra cities before it can create your new table. To do so, you have one of two choices:

  • If you want to create three separate Acme records (Acme-New York, Acme-Dallas and Acme-Portland) click the Conform link at the top of the column.
  • If the dissimilar entries are mistakes (say Acme only has one office in New York and the other locations are data-entry errors) go back into your table and correct the inconsistencies—in this case, changing all locations to New York. Then try the conversion again.

Read more about converting a column into a table.
